Terms of Service

1. General Terms

These terms of service govern your use of the LionCard webshop operated by LionCard. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Products and Services

LionCard sells authentic Pokémon trading cards, Magic: The Gathering cards, Dragon Ball cards, and related collectibles. All products are guaranteed authentic and sourced from official distributors. Product availability is subject to stock levels and may change without notice.

3. Orders and Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices include 21% VAT as required by Dutch law. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Order confirmation will be sent via email upon successful payment processing.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely through Mollie. We accept iDEAL, credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods. Payment must be completed before order processing. All transactions are processed in EUR.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected. Free shipping is available on orders over €300 within the Netherlands. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Products must be unopened and in new condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with GDPR and Dutch privacy laws. By using our service, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
